  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached.
  • Original shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your own records.
  • You will receive an email once your boutique credit has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • Return credit will be given in the form of a code. You will be given the amount of the item you paid for back in credit not including the shipping and/or discounts used to make the purchase. When redeeming your return credit code, please ensure that the item(s) you are getting is equal or greater then the credit amount. Not including tax or shipping.
  • The return credit code must be used within 30 days of issuance.
  • Return credit codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
  • If you need to make an even exchange for a different size, we will ship your item free of charge...if the item(s) is available when return is processed. If the item(s) is no longer in stock, a credit code will be given and will be held responsible for shipping cost on new item(s). 


    • Priority Mail runs at a lower cost and takes about 1-3 days for arrival depending on your shipping location.
    • Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
    • USPS/UPS are responsible for you package once it leaves our premise. 
    • We will do our best to assist in locating your package with the tracking number provided. 
    • In case where the tracking states delivered but you have not received your package, you can visit USPS/UPS to file a claim.


    • Please email us as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims if 7 days has passed from delivery date.


    • Orders MUST be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. If order has been will be responsible for shipping cost of returning product. A credit code will be given and must be used within 30 days. Please contact us
